Industrial Water Filter Stager for Controlling Valves
Description:
● The stager is mainly divided into four Series: 48Series, 51Series, 56Series, and 58Series.
● The stager is specifically designed for diaphragm valves, and one stager can control the complete multi-valve system, which can improve work efficiency. It is the ideal diaphragm valve control mechanism
● The stager can realize multiple water treatment processes and has a wide range of applications. It is often used to softening systems, filtering systems, ultrafiltration systems, deaerators, and de-ironing separator.
Technical characteristics:
● Stagers are motor-driven rotary multiport pilot valve. They are used to control a set of diaphragm valves in a predefined sequence
● The structure is simple and easy to maintain and replace.
● Constructed of durable, noncorroding, self-lubricating material for long and trouble-free operation.
● Control pressure to the stager, either hydraulic or pneumatic, must be CONSTANT and EQUAL to or GREATER than the line pressure in the system. Functions by pressurizing and venting the control ports, allowing valves to open and close in predefined sequence
● Electrical stagers are available for use in 220VAC 50HZ or 110 VAC 60HZ configurations
● 48 series stagers can be manually operated if power is not available
Working principle:
The motor drives the valve shaft to rotate, realizing the distribution of pressure signals and controlling the opening and closing of the corresponding valve.
(1)The stager is mounted in the JKA controller for multi-valve softening/desalination/filtering systems. The controller starts the pressure stager according to the preset program and controls the opening and closing of the double-chamber diaphragm valve in the system through the pressure stager, thereby achieving automatic control of the entire operation process.
(2)The stager is mounted in the JFC controller, which is applied to disc filters. The controller starts the pressure stager according to the preset program and controls the opening and closing of the two-position three-way backwash valve in the system through the pressure stager, thereby achieving automatic control of the entire operation process.
