Full-room bed is an efficient and energy-saving, automatic ion exchange water softening equipment. The system is assembled with professional microcomputer soft water controller JKA, hydraulic/pneumatic controlling Y52 series diaphragm valves, resin tanks, brine tank, brine pumps, pipelines and other equipment.
Advantages of the Full-room bed:
1. Low salt consumption and self-consumption water.
Full-room bed adopts counter-current regeneration technology. Compared with the commonly used co-current regeneration, it can save 30%-50% of regeneration salt and self-consumption water.
2. Good effluent quality
It is suitable for softening high hardness water, and the produced water hardness can reach 0.005mmol/L. At the same time, due to the high resin layer, it is also more suitable for high hardness water softening treatment.
