JKA/JFC Hydraulic/Pneumatic Control Stager Controller for Disc Filter System

JFC Description:
The JFC2.1 filter control device is specifically designed for backwash control of filtering equipment such as disc filters. The device consists of a specially developed control board and a stager.
1. The controller is installed in an integrated manner.
2. Accurately displays the remaining time or pressure difference signal status before the system starts the backwashing program.
3. Diversified backwash start-up methods: timed start-up, remote or pressure difference signal start-up, manual forced start-up.
4. Diversified input and output signals: pressure difference or remote signals and low-pressure protection signal input, backwash distributor, main valve signal, delay valve signal, and alarm signal output.
5. Multiple important information records: the number of switch-on times for the pressure difference gauge, the number of timed start-ups, the number of manual forced start-ups, and the cumulative record of the total system running time, which can be manually cleared.
6. Lights show an intuitive backwash process. During the backwash process, the lights below the controller display screen will be displayed vividly.
